I am Dr. Jalpa Bhuta, and I hope on this portal, you will find the necessary information, resources, and assistance with your mental health needs. In today’s modern world, we all face psychological stresses and challenges of various kinds. We also struggle to find the time, energy and resources to deal with these challenges in our fast-paced lives.
